When I came to Ally in December of 2020, it was a breath of fresh air compared to other healthcare jobs I've worked. Working in home care gives you the opportunity to build a relationship with your clients, you don't have to rush, and you are able to give your personal attention to each one. Ally cares about their employees and is able to offer me the flexibility I need to be a mother as well as a CNA.
